Life at Universal International
School
At Universal International School we have created a
cozy atmosphere where students are treated as part of
the family and loved by the teachers. Students are looked
after by teachers who also act as advisors giving
words of advice and support when needed, as they would
do to their own children. Therefore, teachers have
an important role to play as substitute parents since
the children are far from home.
The student's daily routine begins at 6:00 AM with morning
exercise, preparation for classes, breakfast and
the Thai flag-raising ceremony.
Classes run from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM with one hour
for lunch and a snack break from 3:00 to 3:30 PM.
At 3:30 PM a team of qualified teachers and coaches
conduct a two-hour program offering students choices
from many indoor/outdoor sports and activities.
Dinner is at 6:00 PM followed by a supervised study
hall period where the students can complete homework
assignments or revise class work.
Bedtime is at 9:30 PM
Activities
The superb facilities at UIS offer the students a unique
opportunity to enjoy a wide and varied range of activities
in a beautiful and environmentally friendly setting.
The school is equipped with a large gymnasium that caters

basketball, volleyball and badminton, a 25 m swimming
pool, 3 tennis courts, football pitch and a 9 hole golf
course.

to use these facilities. Mountain biking, horseback

a few more of the many activities available for the
students
to learn and enjoy.

in a wide variety of sporting competitions. In addition
